Refund policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the ViziVal Financial Model digital product ("Product") made through vizival.com.

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

The Product is a digital download delivered immediately upon completion of your purchase. Because the file can be copied and used as soon as it is received, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been issued or the file has been downloaded, except as described below.

Exceptions

• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge).
• If the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise does not function as described, and we are unable to resolve it by providing a working replacement file.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country or state.

EU and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, please also see Section 12 of our Terms of Service regarding the statutory right of withdrawal and how it applies to immediately-delivered digital content.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation falls within one of the exceptions above, contact us at info@vizival.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will review your request promptly and in good faith.
